Warranty
K-Lite Southern Africa conditionally guarantee our Metal Road Studs with shank for a period of three (3) years, two warranties with conditions are applicable.
- Material only guarantee
This warranty is valid regardless who installs the product and is valid from date of sale of product.
This warranty does not cover severe rim strikes, vandalism, failure of the road surface, failure of the installation or unnatural causes like a fire or an accident destroying the Road Stud.
In the event of a stud failing just e-mail a picture and location to warranty@k-lite.co.za , we will replace the material (Road Stud) free of any charge.
Any modification to the material will void the warranty.
- Material and Installation
This warranty is only valid if we do the installation and is valid from date of installation.
This warranty does not cover severe rim strikes, vandalism, failure of the road surface or unnatural causes like a fire or an accident destroying the Road Stud.
In the event of a stud or installation failing just e-mail a picture and location to warranty@k-lite.co.za.
We will have a team on site within 60 days to replace the Road Stud free of any charge (you only provide traffic accommodation).
These warranties are only applicable within South Africa; we can extend outside South Africa on request.
